Weight Watchers foods are popular due to their taste and selection as well as their use to help people lose weight. Now there are some new ways that these food items are being promoted that help you stick with a weight loss program by providing you with information, an online support group of sorts and a way to help you with your cravings.
When you become a fan of Weight Watchers on Facebook, you will find other members like you, get recipes, and learn about new products.
The “I Really Want Page” provides you with alternatives for your cravings. Say you want chocolate ice cream. Just type that in and up pops some of the foods from Weight Watchers that are “sensible versions”. For example, I typed in chocolate ice cream and up popped Giant Cookies and Cream Bar and English Toffee Crunch Bar to name a few. You can upload a widget to your desktop, your blog or your website to keep you going when those cravings hit you hard!
The incrEdible Rewards site lets you register so that you can submit UPC codes, receipts or copies of receipts according to the rules for the product to earn credits. Stock up on credits and turn them into books, videos, toys, clothing, home and garden items and more. You can get a pair of Bandolino Pumps, the Twilight Soundtrack, a Brita pitcher, a Hanna Montana Singing Holiday Doll, etc. To learn about the details of this program, visit the FAQs page.
Be sure to add me as a friend on the Weight Watchers Facebook page when you join. And start earning as you lose too!
